770 Mr. Boyle asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda Síochána has received complaints regarding the activities of the Dunhallow Hunt in north Cork over the past five years; if so, the nature of the complaints and the measures taken by the Garda in response; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that during the period in question there was one complaint of minor criminal damage in relation to the Dunhallow Hunt. However, the Garda could not advance the matter as the complainant did not wish to pursue the complaint.
