View answerI have been informed by the Garda authorities that the two gardaí involved in the case referred to by the Deputy are the subject of criminal and disciplinary proceedings which have yet to be finalised. In the circumstances, he will appreciate that it would be inappropriate for me to make any comment which could affect these proceedings.
