301 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to an application to the Land Registry office for the registration of a folio for a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim; if this will be dealt with as speedily as possible; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a transfer order, which was lodged on 22 December 2004. Dealing Number D2004WS015439W refers. I am further informed that queries issued to the lodging party on 31 January 2005 and that the application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
