323 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 230 of 6 October 2004 and 513 of 19 October 2004, the position in regard to an appeal from persons (details supplied); if, in view of the circumstances of this case, these persons will be facilitated on the bus; if this decision will be made as a matter of urgency; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The school transport appeals board considered an appeal in this case and the board is satisfied that the terms of the school transport scheme had been fairly applied.
