I propose to take Questions Nos. 348 and 349 together.

The Dunmore East sewerage scheme is an element of the Waterford grouped towns and villages sewerage scheme which is included in my Department's water services investment programme 2004-2006 as a scheme to start construction in 2005.

My Department approved Waterford County Council's preliminary report for the scheme in May 2004, subject to several conditions. Revisions to the preliminary report were submitted by the council in December 2004, following which it has been necessary for my Department to request certain further clarification from the council. On receipt of that additional information, the revised preliminary report will be dealt with as quickly as possible by my Department.
