View answerIt was agreed by the Garda Síochána and the Commissioners of Public Works that the cell refurbishment at Burnfoot Garda station would be completed before works to Buncrana garda station would commence. Refurbishment work to Burnfoot Garda station is due to be completed by Easter. A sketch scheme for the refurbishment and extension works to Buncrana Garda station is currently being prepared for the approval of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and the Garda Síochána.
