71 Mr. Kenny asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the total, or expected total cost to her Department in relation to the publication, through the media, of a notice under section 13 of the Official Languages Act 2003, inviting representations in relation to the preparation of the draft scheme under section 11 of the Act from any interested parties; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department has not yet been asked to prepare a draft scheme under section 11 of the Official Languages Act by the Minister of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs. It is expected that the total cost of publication of the notice under section 13 of the Act will be less than €10,000.
