Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of road accidents on the section of the N7, encompassing the N7 Naas road widening scheme, during the period from June 2003 to November 2004 as compared with November 2004 to March 2005; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
