312 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Finance if the Office of Public Works has responsibility for the maintenance of streams adjoining the Mulcair and Bilboa Rivers at Cappamore, County Limerick; if so, if the weed which is blocking such a stream at Cappamore Village between the residents of persons (details supplied) will be cleared; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The stream in question was cleaned in August 2004. It is scheduled to be cleaned again this year, probably before the end of August.
