As indicated in my reply to the earlier Parliamentary Question regarding this case, given that the slaughter detail initially notified to the Cattle Movement Monitoring System was incorrect, payment of the Slaughter Premium in respect of this animal could not be processed. The person named was advised in writing and requested to have the necessary amendment made. As the required amendment has been made and is in order, arrangements have been made to issue the payment of €78.40 to the person named within the coming days.
