I propose to take Questions Nos. 633 and 730 together.

The School Planning Section of my Department is in receipt of an application to establish an ABA school for autistic children in the Waterford area and it has been assisting the management of the school in obtaining suitable premises for establishment of this facility. Subsequent to a technical inspection of proposed premises, an initial letter of approval to rent these premises issued. The School Planning Section of my Department is awaiting the return of the relevant documentation from the school to enable the rental of the property in question to proceed. The school management authority recently assured my Department that this is imminent.
