77 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Education and Science if her Department has issued guidelines to schools on including children with disabilities in all school activities including graduation, concerts, special ceremonies and so on; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25910/06]

My Department has not issued guidelines to schools in relation to the inclusion of children with special needs in various school activities such as those outlined by the Deputy. It is, however, the case that schools should ensure the maximum possible inclusion of such pupils in school activities.
