1534 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 145 of 31 May 2006, if the survey has been carried out on a plot purchased from a person (details supplied)in County Mayo; when the person will be issued with their top-up payment for the purchase of special area of conservation bog; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised that the survey has been carried out on the plot of land purchased from the person named. The question of entitlement to a top up payment is being examined in my Department and a response will issue to the person named within two weeks.
