247 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science when a decision will be made regarding an application by a school (details supplied) in County Kildare for additional classroom accommodation under the permanent accommodation scheme 2007 in view of the urgent and pressing needs of the school in question; and if she will make a statement on the matter. On 5 March 2007, I announced details of the schools to receive funding under the Permanent Accommodation Scheme for 2007. I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the school to which he refers was among the successful applicants. Officials in the School Building Section will be in contact with the school authority with regard to drawing down the funding.
