415 Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the companies or consultants engaged since June 2007 by his Department or any of the agencies under his aegis to provide advice or training in the areas of public relations, communications or media training; the amount paid in each case; the retainer fee paid in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has not engaged any companies or consultants to provide advice or training in the areas of public relations, communications or media training in the period in question.

The engagement of companies or consultants by state bodies under the aegis of my Department is a matter for the bodies themselves as part of their day-to-day activities.
