I propose to take Questions Nos. 122 and 123 together.

I have been informed by the Revenue Commissioners that P21 Balancing Statements for the years 2005 and 2006 issued on 4th May 2007 and a P21 for 2007 on 29th May 2008. As there was not a request for a balancing statement for 2008, none has issued. The 2009 tax credit certificate issued on 3rd December 2008. The person in question may need to contact the Revenue Commissioners to update their record with details such as address.
