View answerMy Department is currently in discussion with those involved in this issue to explore the scope for engagement by them under the auspices of an agreed independent person in relation to the issues involved and with a view to resolution of this dispute.
Given that discussions are at a sensitive stage, I do not think it helpful to say anything further at this time on the public record and, indeed, I am precluded from being more specific in the context of replying to a ‘details supplied' Question.
