144 Deputy Martin Ferris asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will renew the visa of a person (details supplied) in view of the fact that the Labour Court ordered that they be reinstated. [12101/10]
View answerI am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the person in question has been granted permission to remain in the State on Stamp 4 conditions for a one year period until 8 March 2011. Stamp 4 conditions entitle the person concerned to take up employment without the need for a work permit or to set up a business without the need for permission from the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
