143 Deputy Seán Power asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 96 of 14 October 2010, the reason it has not been answered despite assurances on 23 November 2010 that a reply would issue on or before the 26 November 2010; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department has been advised by the HSE that a response was issued to the Deputy on 13th December 2010, and that an email was sent to advise of this on that date.
