119 Deputy Phil Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 362 of 18 January 2011, in the context of his reply, if he is prepared to seek information from local authorities in respect of difficulties in the implementation of part five agreements in the Planning and Development Act 2001 for properties in receivership; and if he will make a statement on the matter. While the operation of Part V is a matter for local authorities, I have asked my Department to identify, through contact with the City and County Managers Association, whether specific implementation issues have recently arisen.
