154 Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the reason a determination order from the Private Residential Tenancies Board in respect of a case (details supplied) in County Kerry has not been acted upon; if action will be taken; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have no function in the operational matters of the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB), which is an independent statutory body established under the Residential Tenancies Act 2004. Therefore, it would be inappropriate for me to comment on, or to interfere in, the specifics of any individual case.
