1418 Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question Number 680 of 27 March 2012, if he will provide details of the allocation to each local authority of the €6 million for 2012 road safety projects (details supplied); if he will outline the amounts and the locations of each of the specific 2012 projects; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The details of the 2012 Low Cost Safety Improvement Grants, including amounts and locations, are outlined in the "2012 Grant Allocations to Local Authorities for Regional and Local Roads" booklet, copies of which were sent to the Dáil library in February this year. The staff of the library have also indicated that this information is available to members through the online system.
