166 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare is entitled to claim for health expenses in respect of 2010 and 2011; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18516/12]
View answerI have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that as the individual concerned did not pay income tax for 2010 or 2011 he is not entitled to claim for health expenses for those years. The Inspector advised the person concerned of the position by letter on 22 November 2011.
