On completion of the necessary investigations relating to all aspects of her claim, a decision will be made and the person concerned will be notified directly of the outcome.

View answerThere is no record of a carer's allowance application ever having been received in respect of the above named. On 16 April 2012 a claim form and return envelope issued to the person concerned at the address supplied. On its completion and return to carer's allowance section, her application will be processed in due course.
