742 Deputy Derek Nolan asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if his attention has been drawn to the fact that some employers are now requesting access to potential employees’ facebook sites; his views on whether this is a breach of privacy and if so, the measures he will take to prevent abuse of this activity; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
