106 Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will provide the detailed information as promised during the Committee Stage debate in respect of the Social Welfare and Pensions Bill 2012 as passed by Dáil Éireann in respect of section 4(3), regarding the continuation of payment and amendment; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I duly note the queries made by the Deputy during last Wednesday's committee stage debate in respect of Section 5, Subsection 3, of the Social Welfare and Pensions Bill, 2012. Due to the detailed and comprehensive nature of these queries, and as discussed and agreed with the Deputy, officials in my Department are preparing an answer, and this will be issued as soon as possible.
