177 Deputy Mary Mitchell O’Connor asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government when the local government Bill will be published; his views on whether the many councillors who will be affected need adequate notice of possible changes to the position of their council and constituency; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
