241 Deputy Sandra McLellan asked the Minister for Health the reason that those who answer the primary care reimbursement service dedicated Deputy line cannot answer important questions and they must send the request on to a processing section and wait for them to return with the required information; the reason requests that have been sent on as a priority at least four times after two or three weeks still have not been responded to (details supplied) by the processing section; the way he intends to deal with this problem as it is unsatisfactory; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
