112 Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government his views on whether all local authorities in the country should be directed to install and provide toilets in graveyards, in the interest of people visiting graveyards, people working there and people attending masses and so on; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The management and maintenance of burial grounds, including installation and provision of toilets in graveyards, is entirely a matter for each local authority concerned and one in which my Department has no direct function.
