View answerThe Garda Commissioner is the Accounting Officer for the Garda Vote. In that context I am informed by the Garda authorities that they are not in a position to provide details of overtime allocations for the sub-districts referred to by the Deputy. I understand that this is due to the fact that Garda overtime expenditure arises on the basis of operational requirements and is not specifically linked to individual locations.
