View answerThe subject matter of this question, which is the operation of the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) regime is a matter for the Road Safety Authority (RSA). As Minister I have no involvement in individual cases and cannot comment on them. I have referred the question to the RSA for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a reply has not been received within ten days.
