129 Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Education and Skills further to Parliamentary Question No. 261 of 14 February 2012, the position regarding an emergency works grant application in respect of a school (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am pleased to inform the Deputy that funding was approved in May 2012 for the school in question to carry out fire safety works and the school authorities have been informed.
