217 Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Education and Skills now that An Bord Pleanála has approved the compulsory purchase order for Curraghmore national school, when his Department will advance to the next stage. [36549/12]
View answerI can confirm to the Deputy that my Department will progress the project for the school to which he refers in accordance with the Five Year Plan, providing there are no challenges to the validity of the decision within the eight week period following the decision of An Bord Pleanála.
