740 Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health the scheme for subsidy for travel expenses for hospital appointments processed by the ambulance service in Ballyshannon, County Donegal; the year this scheme was initiated; the number of patients who availed of the scheme each year; the arrangements that have been put in place to assist patients who availed of this scheme since it was cut; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
