162. Deputy John O'Mahony asked the Minister for Finance when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a decision on their application for a rebate for setting up their new business; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [44076/12]
View answerI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an application for a repayment of tax has not been received from the taxpayer in question. The individual concerned should make direct contact with his local Tax District office, based at Michael Davitt House in Castlebar, with a view to progressing the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
