View answerAn application under the 2012 Single Payment/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 1 May 2012, following processing of which an overclaim was identified in respect of one land parcel. My Department has already been in written contact with the applicant on the matter. Accordingly, the application cannot be further processed until a response has been received.
