View answerThe reason why the entitlements were not stacked is set out in reply to Parliamentary Question number 194 on the 4th October, 2012. Since this is a rather complicated case an official from my Department will contact the Deputy directly to explain the current position in relation to the entitlements. A full written explanation will also be provided to the Deputy.
