Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Health if he will not cut services at St. Michael's House, Dublin 9 and Dublin 5, but to support them in 2012 as €11.5 million has been deducted since 2009 causing great stress to many families; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
