Since the introduction of the current registration and inspection regime for nursing homes in 2009 the Health Information and Quality Authority has received three complaints relating in some part to inspectors involved in the inspection of nursing homes. Two of these complaints are ongoing. In respect of the third case I understand that some elements of the complaint were upheld.
