View answerDuring a review of the jobseeker's allowance claim of the person concerned, it was discovered that he has been in receipt of a pension from the Health Service Executive for some considerable time. Consequently his means were taken into consideration when calculating the amount of jobseeker’s allowance he was entitled to, and this resulted in a reduction of €89 per week.
