418. Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if the Private Residential Tenancy Board has received complaints of anti-social behaviour in an area (details supplied) relating to the recent and ongoing travellers feud in Ennis, County Clare; when a hearing relating to those complaints will be heard; and the action being taken to expedite the matter. I have no function in the operational matters of the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB), an independent statutory body established under the Residential Tenancies Act 2004, and cannot therefore comment on the specifics of any individual case.
