Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if his attention has been drawn to a case (details supplied) in County Tipperary; the reasons the Solicitor in his Department has failed to respond to written queries relating to this case over the past 18 months; the steps being taken to resolve this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The land the subject of this case is the subject of a private law matter between the person named and a third party as to the ownership of the lands. I am not in a position to comment until the private law matter has been resolved.
