564. Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding an application for forestry payment in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46343/12]

The application by the person named is currently subject to a review by my Department of the area on which payments have been claimed. My Department will write to the applicant shortly to inform him of the outcome of this review and the position with regard to future payments.
