Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health if he will confirm that the funded individual social programme allowance has been suspended as of 1 November 2012; the number of persons currently in receipt of this allowance; the total savings to the Exchequer arising from this cut; and if he will provide in tabular form a breakdown of the recipients of by county and within Dublin city by postcode; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
