View answerThe General Scheme of a Road Traffic Bill is currently in preparation in my Department, and I expect to bring it to Government in the near future for approval to draft. Once drafted it is my intention to publish this Bill early next year. Once published, I will introduce it in the Oireachtas at the earliest possible date.
