View answerThe National Transport Authority are currently developing an Implementation Plan which will involve the restructuring of RTP Groups. I understand that consultation with the County and City Manager’s Association will take place as part of the process of developing this Plan. The Plan will be submitted to me for approval in the coming weeks. I will carefully consider the proposals submitted by the NTA and hope to be in a position to announce my decision on the matter before the end of this year.
Funding for 2013 will be determined in the coming weeks as part of the Estimates process with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.
