Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if his Department is on time in respect of the requirements of the negative judgement by the European Court of Justice; and if there is any likelihood that currently suspended European Court of justice fines will be imposed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
