Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health if he will provide in tabular form the number of children who have accessed the paediatrics services in Letterkenny General Hospital for the years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and to date in 2012; the number of children currently on the waiting list to access the paediatric services; the plans for the Health Service Executive to provide for the permanent replacement of the retired paediatric consultant at the hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
