Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 691 on 6 November 2012, if he will provide the total number of persons employed in the following roles in the Childrens Referendum; Special Presiding Officers, Presiding Officers, Supervisory Presiding Officers and Area Inspectors, Poll Clerks, Count Supervisors, Count Calculators, Counters. The total number of persons employed for the Children’s Referendum is not available at this stage. It is anticipated that the numbers will be similar to the numbers employed for the Lisbon 2 Referendum as follows:
