Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will provide in tabular form the number of applications for rent supplement in County Kerry between January 2010 and January 2012; the average waiting time for these applications to be processed; the number granted; the number refused; the number still pending; and if she will make a statement on the matter. View answerThere are currently approximately 89,000 rent supplement recipients for which the Government has provided €436 million in 2012. Statistics are not available on the number of rent supplement applications received in County Kerry between January 2010 and January 2012 or the outcome of those applications.
